What's the difference between Growth and Pay-as-you-Go?+
Growth is a flat $49 / month for up to 25 users — best if you want predictable billing. Pay-as-you-Go is $9 per user per month with a custom seat count, billed only for the seats you actually use. Same product, different billing shape.
What happens when I hit my user cap?+
User creation is blocked until you upgrade or our platform team raises your override. Customer-portal users don't count against the cap.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes — from your admin Billing tab. Razorpay (India) and PayPal (rest of the world) flows both confirm in seconds. Auto-renew + downgrades land in a follow-up release; for now plans are one-time renewals you re-buy when the cycle ends.
Which industries do you support out of the box?+

How do you handle deleted data?+
When a workspace deletes a lead, sale or payment, the row stays in Convex with a deletedAt timestamp — hidden from the workspace, visible only to our platform admin who can restore it on request.
Do you support custom domains?+
On Enterprise, yes. Bring your own domain (e.g. crm.yourco.com) with an SSL certificate we manage.
Where is my data stored?+
On Convex's managed infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; payment cards are PCI-masked by default and every reveal is audit-logged.
Can I export my data?+
Anytime, from every major table — CSV or JSON. Your data is yours.
