Smart · Secure · Scalable

One product.
Every moving part of your team.

Eight industry templates, six modules, one schema: leads, sales, projects, marketing, HR and payments — shared audit trail, shared admin panel. Built multi-tenant from day one, workspace-indexed for sub-second list queries that don't slow down as your team grows.

Leads & Sales

A sales pipeline that respects your process.

Capture leads from forms, calls, emails or CSV. Assign, qualify, and convert with customer-ID auto-numbering, a floating remarks pane that follows every lead, and management-controlled visibility when leads change hands.

  • Floating remarks pane on every row — read the thread, post a note, set a reminder, change the disposition (saves on pick) without opening the form
  • Idle-lead auto-unassign: any lead with no remark or disposition change for 5 days returns to the queue with an audit-trail boundary
  • Management-controlled visibility on reassignment — the new agent sees the lead as fresh (defaults, blank thread); admins + the See full lead history Per-User Access toggle reveal every era
  • Repeat order: one-click new lead pre-filled with the customer's existing details; agent saves when ready
  • Convert to Sale renders the form and remarks pane side-by-side so context never leaves the screen
  • Customer ID (YYYY/MM/NNN) atomic numbering with junk-email + soft-delete guards on the dedup heuristic
  • Numbered page mover, lead time stamps, disposition pill under agent name, newest-first sort
  • Dedupe by email or phone, CSV import, soft-delete + platform restore, IP → Geo enrichment on web leads

Daily entries, weekly reviews, a colourful analytics panel derived from your own data — and a one-click Daily Lead Report that lands in Excel ready to share with management.

  • Daily Lead Report exports the Leads / IB / Chat / Sales / Follow-Up matrix to a styled XLSX (one click; zero-data rows auto-hide)
  • Interactive distribution charts — click any bar to deep-link a pre-filtered Lead Assignment view
  • Six new charts: By State / City / Country / Source / Company / Ad Source, plus By Year / Make / Model / Part rendered full-width
  • Daily + Weekly marketing entries, summary rollups, Expected GP per row
  • Auto-derived CTR, Quality Score (connected/total), Cost-per-Lead, ROAS
  • Company-name canonicalisation across legacy data so the chart doesn't fragment on casing

  • Check-in / check-out + per-day break logs
  • Leaves with manager approvals

Admin controls

Security, access, and scale — built in, not bolted on.

Every tab, every button is gateable. Every list query is workspace-indexed. Every privileged action is server-verified. Pick a designation, flip a switch — done.

Workspace-indexed queries

Every list endpoint is indexed by workspace. List latency depends on your data, not the platform's total size.

Server-side permission guards

Every privileged mutation re-checks role, designation, and workspace ownership. UI gates are convenience, not security.

Two-factor authentication

TOTP + WebAuthn passkeys. Admins can also reset 2FA for a locked-out user, with the action audit-logged.

Seat-cap enforcement

Starter pins at 3 users, Growth at 25, Pay-as-you-Go custom. Customer logins don't count. Override per-workspace from the platform admin.

Time-bounded edit grants

Approve a sales rep to edit a record for 1 minute, then the lock snaps back automatically. No more chasing approvals.

Soft-delete + platform restore

Deleted leads, sales, and payments stay in Convex with a deletedAt timestamp. Workspace can't see them; platform admin can restore.

Brute-force protection

Login, registration, and password-reset rate-limited per email and per IP — automatic, no ops needed.

PCI-compliant card storage

Card numbers are masked by default. Every full-PAN reveal goes through an audit log entry that the workspace can't delete.

Per-feature gates

Hide entire tabs for a role. Or keep the tab, hide just the Delete button. Configured by each workspace admin.

Per-user permissions

Override any designation default for a single user — great for managers.

Audit trail

Every create, edit, delete, login and reveal — who did what, when, on which record.

Frozen snapshots

Payslips & invoices freeze their context so historical records stay accurate forever.

Mobile

Works everywhere your team works.

Prax CRM runs in every modern browser, including mobile. Install it to your home screen on iOS or Android for a native-feeling experience — Touch ID / Face ID sign-in via passkeys, no app-store wait, no version drift.

The dashboard is fully responsive on tablets. Heavy admin workflows (onboarding, payroll runs, complex permission edits) are best done on desktop — by design.

📱

Add to home screen

Tap Share → Add to Home Screen on iOS, or the install prompt on Android Chrome.

🔑

Passkey sign-in

Use the device biometric — no password to type on a small keyboard, no SMS code wait.
