Prax CRM was born from the frustration of stitching together HubSpot, Zoho People, a shared Google Sheet, and four different billing portals. One calm tool for leads, sales, HR, marketing and payments — built solo from Aligarh, and open to every team that ever had the same tab problem.
Our principles
Respect the team using it, not just the one buying it.
The best-selling CRM in the world is also the one most hated by the reps who use it. We refuse to optimise for the admin at the expense of the person clicking through 14 tabs to log a call.
One schema beats five tools.
Lead, sale, project, invoice, payslip — these aren't separate things. A lead becomes a sale becomes an invoice. When they live in one schema, the reporting writes itself.
Security is a feature of the free tier.
Auditability, role-based access and feature gates are on every plan. We don't think enterprise-grade means enterprise-priced.
