Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-04-20

These terms govern your use of Prax CRM. By signing up or using the product, you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

1. The service

Prax CRM is a software-as-a-service product provided by Praxxii Global. We'll provide the service as described on praxcrm.com and in your chosen plan. We may update features, pricing and these terms over time — we'll give you reasonable notice before any material change.

2. Your account

  • You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping credentials safe.
  • You must not share an individual seat between multiple people — each active user needs their own seat.
  • Admins control who gets access in your workspace.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law, infringe rights, or store content we're required to remove.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or access Prax CRM in unauthorised ways.
  • Use Prax CRM to send spam, bulk unsolicited email or malware.

4. Billing

  • Plans are billed per seat, per month (or per year if you choose annual).
  • Adding a seat mid-cycle is prorated. Removing a seat applies at the next renewal.
  • We don't refund for partial months. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period.

5. Your data

Your data is yours. You can export or delete it at any time. We will never access your workspace data except to provide the service, support a ticket you've raised, or comply with the law.

6. Availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Enterprise plans carry an SLA with service credits for significant downtime. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.

7. Termination

Either side can terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, don't pay their bill, or pose a security risk — we'll give notice and a chance to remedy when possible.

8. Warranty & liability

Prax CRM is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Aligarh.
