Prax CRM is operated by Praxxii Global. We take your privacy seriously — this page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
1. What we collect
We collect three categories of data:
- Account data — your name, work email, role and company when you sign up.
- Workspace data — the leads, sales, HR records and other content you and your team store in your Prax CRM workspace. This is your data; we process it on your behalf.
- Usage data — aggregated analytics about how our product is used (page views, feature usage). This helps us improve the product.
2. How we use your data
- To provide Prax CRM and support your use of it.
- To detect, prevent and respond to security or abuse issues.
- To communicate with you about the product, billing and legal changes. You can opt out of non-essential messages anytime.
3. Where your data lives
Workspace data is stored on Convex's managed infrastructure. Default region is the United States; Enterprise customers can select EU or APAC regions. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only:
- With subprocessors that help us operate the product (hosting, email delivery, payments) — all under a data processing agreement.
- When required by law.
- With your explicit permission (e.g., when you connect an integration).
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data at any time. Admins can perform these actions directly from the admin panel; for anything else, email privacy@praxcrm.com.
6. Retention
We keep your workspace data as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, data is retained read-only for 30 days so you can export, then permanently deleted. Backups follow a 90-day rolling retention.
7. Cookies
We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on our marketing site.
