Instantly. Upgrade or downgrade from your admin dashboard — billing is prorated and none of your data is touched.
Do you charge per feature?+
Never. Everything on a tier is included for every seat. We charge per seat per month, billed monthly or annually.
What happens when I add users?+
You're billed a prorated amount for the new seat for the remainder of the current cycle.
Do you support custom domains?+
Yes, on Enterprise. Bring your own domain (e.g. crm.yourco.com) with an SSL certificate we manage.
Where is my data stored?+
On Convex's managed infrastructure in regions we can specify for Enterprise plans. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can I export my data?+
Anytime, from every major table — CSV or JSON. Your data is yours.
